We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you wish to return a product just follow this simple steps:
1. Up to 7 days after receiving your package, you can send us an email with your shipping confirmation number and the reason for the return.
2. Once we approve the return, you're responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return. You also have to keep the tracking number of the return. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you in case the package gets lost.
3. Once we receive the package you returned, you will automatically be refunded.
* Delivery charges are non-refundable.
* Please note that all our packages have to pass our quality inspection before we send them to guarantee the quality of our products. All packages are shipped by Canada Post.
